Operations Advisor
Peter has over 48 years of experience of "sharp end" rail operations, he gives key safety support to the business as well as leading operations and safety related advisory and management assignments.

Since joining the company in 1996, Chris has gained considerable experience in a number of key roles and is now the Operations Standards Manager for rail activities across the business, being a member of the Safety Review Group as well as providing input to various Operations Support assignments.
Colette Ranford
Ops Development Manager
Colette had considerable experience of rail related safety, front line operations, logistics and terminal management. Colette holds a NEBOSH National General Certificate as well as vocational training and assessment qualifications and heads up the Operations Support function and is a member of the Safety Review Group.
Chris Barrow

Neil has been the Managing Director of Victa Railfreight Ltd since its inception and has 37 years of experience in operations and commercial roles within the rail freight industry. His innovative and practical approach to rail operations and logistical matters has benefited many customers and continues to open opportunities for new business, teams and projects. Neil is a long standing Non Executive Director of The Railfreight Group.
