With 45 years’ experience in operations and commercial roles within the rail freight industry, Neil has played a key role in shaping innovative and practical approaches to rail operations and logistics in the UK. Since the inception of Victa Railfreight Ltd, he has consistently delivered solutions benefiting a wide range of customers while fostering opportunities for new business, teams, and projects. Additionally, Neil’s role as chair of the Logistics UK Rail Council highlights his unwavering dedication to advancing the rail freight sector.
